Terms and conditions for bookings at Nordic Discovery
I order to avoid confusions and misunderstandings the booking rules are clearly stated as follow:
Rescheduling rules
Changing date is possible 30 days before the first day of the booking without charges. Changing date is possible between 29 and 15 days before the first day of the booking to the charge of 5% of the total booking. Changing date is possible between 14 and 7 days before the first day of the booking to the charge of 10% of the total booking. Changing date is possible between 6 and 3 days before the first day of the booking to the charge of 15% of the total booking.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged if the booking is cancelled between 365 and 15 days before the first day of the booking. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the first day of the booking. A cancellation fee of 100% is charged if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the first day of the booking.
Cancellation insurance
Only if you select Enhanced Refund Terms on checkout, which is an additional 8% of the bookings total value. If you cannot attend your booking, you can apply for a refund (with reference to the insurance company's terms and conditions). If you select the insurance and if you cancel your booking all issues are between you and the insurance company and Nordic Discovery don't have anything to do with the process. If you choose the insurance, Nordic Discovery's rescheduling rules and cancellation policies are no longer valid. The insurance applies on cancellations of the whole booking and not on parts of the booking.
